The key to TechWorkers unique approach is in our use of experienced technology professionals that perform the account management function for each and every client. Our rigorous requirements for all technical account managers (TAMs) include five plus years in a management or lead role within a technical environment. These professionals have spent several years working as technology managers themselves and fully understand the issues and challenges every customer has to deal with in order to get their job done.
With this in mind, we feel there is no one better qualified to deliver technical services to our customers than professionals that have "been there and done that". Although this approach is very costly to deploy, we firmly believe it results in a better understanding of our customer's business thus allowing us the ability to deliver solutions that work right the first time, every time. We would like to think that our technical account managers act and are valued as real employees to our customers, providing service and insight based on their industry knowledge and experience. We don't believe in charging for this value-added service. We firmly believe that in the long run it is the ongoing development of the business relationship that creates a truly valuable and long lasting business opportunity. We hope you do too.
