The process begins with a Technical Account Manager (TAM) obtaining a detailed profile of the client firm and the position to be filled. Our Recruiting Department then begins sourcing potential candidates from the field. Names are pulled from a wide variety of sources including our own vast computerized database, which allows information to be extracted in any combination of search formats—skills, free word association, employment background and geographic territories. Our Recruiters also have access to a comprehensive in-house library which includes directories, trade publications and on-line resources for direct candidate recruitment. They identify, screen and recommend potential candidates to the TAM, who verifies the information, assesses the individual's qualifications and determines who will be interviewed.
As part of our extensive interview process, a TAM discusses a candidate's current and past employment history in depth, and assesses the potential for "corporate chemistry" - whether or not that candidate will be a good fit for your organization. Equally important, by the time you are introduced to a candidate, he or she will have a good understanding of your expectations and the position itself.
Placements are done nationally, without any restrictions relating to job location or area of specialty. Clients may choose to work on a contingency fee basis or to enroll in one of our many retainer fee programs, depending on the type of assignment and position in question.
