TechWorkers Hires Mike Rider
to Run Professional Services Group

Ex-Peoplesoft VP to lead up new business division focused on providing flexible resource solutions to professional service organizations

San Ramon, Calif., May 16, 2005 - TechWorkers, a leading provider of flexible technical resource solutions, announced today that Mike Rider will be joining the executive management team to be the General Manager of their new Professional Services Division. Mike has twenty years of high technology experience, the last eleven comes from Peoplesoft where he successfully built a professional services practice focused on IT infrastructure. In addition Mike served as vice president of IT at PeopleSoft for nearly six years where he was responsible for the strategy, design and operations of their global IT infrastructure including data centers, networks, all computing platforms, information security, and storage.
