DON PEED, President & CEO

One of the co-founders of TechWorkers in 1998, Don Peed has twenty five years of experience in Finance, IT, Operations, and Software Development. Prior to founding TechWorkers, he helped co-found Personic Software in 1995 where he held positions as Vice-President of Operations and Software Engineering. Personic develops staffing software for recruitment agencies and corporate staffing organizations. Before Personic, Don held positions in IT management for more than ten years at Aspect Telecommunications and Rolm.

Don holds degrees in both Accounting and Computer Science from San Jose State University .

JOE FUSCO, Executive Vice President – Managed Resource Services

Joe Fusco co-founded TechWorkers after heading up Advanced Computer Services, a Bay Area database consulting business, for 13 years. As President of ACS, he led the development of numerous large-scale applications for Fortune 500 companies, and maintains successful, long-term relationships with these firms as Executive Vice President of Managed Resource Services for TechWorkers.

Joe attended Hobart College and Cornell University , graduating with honors in Political Science and Philosophy.

GORDON JONES, Senior Vice President - Executive Technology Services

Gordon has over 35 years global Information Technology experience within multi-billion dollar organizations, as well as start ups, primarily in high technology, eCommerce, financial services and distribution companies.

He has served as CIO of the Franklin Templeton Group, the fifth largest USA Mutual Fund, as well as CIO of Novell for 5 years during the company's explosive growth period when it was the world’s leading computer networking company. His eCommerce expertise was served as an eBay VP and with Toysrus.com where he was CTO and CIO.

He received CIO Magazine award - CIO 100 for Performance Excellence. He has served on the board of the SIIA (Software and Information Industry Association). 

Gordon has considerable expertise in such areas as Aligning IT with Business Strategy, Business Resilience Planning, M & A Integration, Infrastructure Planning, Outsourcing Strategy as well as IT Organization Effectiveness and Diagnostics.

He holds a post graduate Management Studies diploma from a UK University.

STAN WONG, Director - Talent Acquisition

Stan Wong has 25 years of recruiting and management experience in the technology field. For the last four years, Stan utilized his recruiting expertise at Robert Half International, Inc, where he led the staffing for their Corporate IT Division. Prior to that, for six years, he was the Manager of Recruiting at Chen & McGinley, Inc. where he built and directed a large technical recruiting team that became one of the most well respected in the Bay Area. Stan also was the Lead Technical Recruiter for VISA International’s IT Division for 6 years. Prior to that, he honed his skills as a Technical Recruiter for such reknown companies as Ford Motor Co., Bechtel Power Corp., and EDP World.

Stan has dedicated his entire career to the Recruiting profession, and shares a strong philosophical commonality with TechWorkers in his passion for recruiting great people and his dedication to providing excellent customer service.

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from U.C. Davis and completed 2 years of graduate work in the field of Counseling.

SUSAN SALVESEN, President – Strategic Resource Solutions

Susan Salvesen is President of StRe Solutions, a TechWorkers company.  StRe solutions providing temporary and permanent staffing resources for finance, accounting, IT, HR and legal departments.  She is a senior financial executive with over twenty years of extensive hands-on financial and management experience and has over 8 years experience as a CFO, leading three IPO's. Her industry experience includes enterprise software and services, semiconductor equipment, and telecommunications. Sue is on the finance committee for a local non-profit organization, Girls for a Change.

Sue received her BA Degree in Economics with High Honors and Distinction in Economics from Douglass College of Rutgers University. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She also holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
